If you are travelling by car and you don’t want to drive into Bologna town, the most convenient meeting point is the toll-booth on the “A1” highway between Bologna and Modena. If you want - before meeting time - you can also park in the secure underground parking of that hotel for ca. € 5 (please ask directly at the reception of the hotel when you arrive).
